Nicola Luminari

Nicola Luminari has held various roles in the technology industry since 2015. Nicola began their career as a PhD in Fluid Dynamics at the Institut de Mecanique des Fluides de Toulouse - IMFT in 2015. In 2018, they became a Computer Vision Engineer at Delair and a C++/Python Developer at Fortil Toulouse. Most recently, they have been the Head of Data Science at Alteia since 2020.

Nicola Luminari received a Bachelor's degree in Ingegneria Navale from Università degli Studi di Genova in 2012, after studying at Istituto tecnico nautico, 'A.Elia' from 2004 to 2009, where they obtained a Perito per il trasporto marittimo. In 2014, they completed their Laurea Magistrale LM in Architettura navale e ingegneria marittima from Università degli Studi di Genova. In 2018, they obtained certifications in Convolutional Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects from Coursera.
