Ludovic Desmars

Ludovic Desmars has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Ludovic currently holds the position of VP Développement des Affaires Ingénierie / Division Director at ALTEN Canada since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ALTEN from January 2020 to August 2023, where they held the roles of Division Director and Business Unit Director. Ludovic was responsible for defining the department's strategy, managing successful projects, and overseeing a team of 160 employees. From July 2012 to December 2015, Ludovic worked as a Senior Business Unit Manager, managing a portfolio of clients and assisting them in project success. Ludovic also worked as a Business Unit Manager and Business Manager earlier in their career. Ludovic Desmars has a diverse education history, beginning with their studies at The University of Huddersfield in 2006-2007. During this time, they pursued an MSc in International Business and Management. Following this, they attended ENC - Écoles Nantaises de Commerce from 2005 to 2008, where they completed a Master 2 in Commerce Marketing. Here, their focus was on Management and International Business. Prior to their master's degree, Ludovic studied at the same institution from 2003 to 2005 and obtained a BTS (Brevet de Technicien Supérieur) in Comptabilité et Gestion des Organisations. This program provided him with knowledge in various areas such as financial analysis and management, payroll, and consulting.
