Aishwarya Naik is currently an Associate Engineer at ALTEN India, having joined the company in January 2022 after completing a tenure as a Graduate Engineering Trainee. Aishwarya participated in Team Krushi from June 2016 to April 2018, contributing to the innovative project of building tractors at the college level. Aishwarya holds an M.Tech in Power Systems and Control from NIT Raipur, earned between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RV College Of Engineering, completed in 2018. Aishwarya's foundational education includes a high school diploma focused on Physical Science, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Electronics from MES PU College in Bangalore, where studies were conducted from 2012 to 2014.
