Akshay Ramdas

Akshay Ramdas is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the aviation and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as a Lead Engineer at ALTEN India since January 2022, Akshay provides technical and life cycle engineering support for Rolls-Royce engines. Prior to this, as a Senior Reliability Engineering Analyst at Cyient from February 2019 to January 2022, Akshay focused on after-market reliability services for P&WC engines, performing technical data analysis and ensuring alignment with customer requirements. Akshay also held the position of Project Engineer at Aeronautical Development Establishment from September 2014 to August 2018, where responsibilities included hands-on integration and testing of aircraft engines, along with failure analysis. Early career experience includes a role as a Graduate Engineer at Hema Engineering Industries Limited, where Akshay engaged in lean manufacturing activities. Akshay holds a Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Sri Ramakrishna Engineering College, obtained between 2009 and 2013.
