Maria Ana Costa Guerra is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Partner at ALTEN Portugal, where Maria Ana collaborates with Business Managers to identify recruitment needs, search for suitable profiles on LinkedIn, conduct recruitment interviews, and follow-up with consultants. Prior to this, Maria Ana has experience working in marketing at GetDone and as a Neuropsychology Intern at Hospital Professor Doutor Fernando Fonseca, EPE. Maria is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Neuropsychology at Universidade Católica Portuguesa, after completing their Licentiate degree in Psychology at the same university. Maria Ana also participated in the Erasmus Programme at the University of Saint Joseph in Macau, China.
