Joachim Johansson

Joachim Johansson is an experienced professional in the engineering and consulting sectors, currently serving as Work Package Delivery Manager at ALTEN Sweden since June 2012. In this role, Joachim coordinates national operations for in-house projects, overseeing a workforce of over 250 engineers catering to various clients, including large automotive companies and small MedTech startups. Prior positions include Country Manager for ALTEN Finland, where responsibility encompassed approximately 550 employees, and Division Director for ALTEN Sweden, managing the largest division with around 430 consultants and an annual turnover surpassing 400 million SEK. Previously, Joachim held various project management roles at XDIN AB, focusing on the Volvo Powertrain division in both Sweden and the USA. Joachim holds a Civilingenjör degree in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, obtained in 2005.
