Arnaud Dupouy

Arnaud DUPUY has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies. Their most recent position is as the Head of Recruitment - Software Delivery Center at ALTEN France, where they manage a team of recruiters and supports managers in recruiting complex profiles. Arnaud also implements recruitment strategies, manages the recruitment process from start to finish, and handles transversal HR projects.

Before joining ALTEN, Arnaud served as the Head of Recruitment & Development at AF Invest, where they supervised an HR team and focused on HR development. This included implementing training programs, overseeing career development, and managing recruitment.

Prior to AF Invest, Arnaud held the role of Head of Recruitment & Development at ADR/H Consulting from 2013 to 2018.

Arnaud's earlier work experience includes roles at Carrefour, where they worked as a Franchisee from 2010 to 2013 and as a Manager from 2006 to 2010.
