Caterina Gamoulou

Caterina Gamoulou is an experienced Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist at ALTEN since July 2023, specializing in designing and executing inclusive search strategies for senior leaders while managing the full recruitment cycle for complex roles. Previously, Caterina served as the General Manager of Human Resources at Nexeo from January 2006 to June 2023, overseeing a team of recruiters and managing a significant number of annual recruitments, while also acting as a strategic business partner to enhance employee engagement and retention. Prior experience includes a role as a Recruiter at KEOLIS, focusing on executive recruitment across multiple locations, and as a Sourcing Manager at KPI Cabinet de Recrutement, where Caterina managed sourcing processes for IT executive profiles.
