Cécile Gilbert de Cauwer

Cécile Gilbert de Cauwer serves as the Digital Learning Manager at ALTEN since July 2017, overseeing the production of e-learning content, managing complex projects, and enhancing digital training catalogs. Responsibilities also include creating blended learning pathways, managing the LMS Talentsoft, and establishing a digital learning community. Prior to ALTEN, Cécile worked at KUMULLUS as a Digital Learning Project Manager, where interactive videos for various clients were developed. Earlier experience includes project management roles at Havas Productions and participation in numerous production-related tasks in different capacities. Cécile holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and International Business from ESCE International Business School and additional commerce qualifications from Deakin University and Pforzheim University.
