Crina Maria Banu

Crina Maria Banu is an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer and UX Researcher currently at ALTEN since May 2025. Previously served as Experience Lead Designer at Publicis Sapient from April 2022 to May 2025 and as a UI/UX Trainer at Software Development Academy from October 2022 to October 2024, where instruction focused on empowering aspiring UX design students. Crina has also held UI/UX Designer roles at [ Flow ] OS and NETVIBES SRL, and was the Owner of Bee Creative, specializing in UI/UX design. Early career experience includes an Intern Architect position at Cumulus Architecture Office and a Graphic Design Artist role at Zoom Decor. Crina holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Architecture from "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urban Planning, obtained between 2012 and 2018.
