Laurent Lépinoit

Laurent Lépinois has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Laurent began their career as a Research Engineer at CEA in 1994 and then worked as an International Product Manager and later as a Product Group Manager at Valeo Service. In 2000, they joined Saint-Gobain Building Distribution as a Web Sites Manager before moving to Segula Technologies in 2003, where they served as the Marketing Director and CEO advisor. Laurent then joined ALTEN in 2008, initially as the Director of Marketing Communications France and later as the Global Marketing Director. In 2016, they took on the role of International Recruitment Director - Engineers at ALTEN. Most recently, they have been working as the Recruitment Director - IT & Digital at ALTEN since January 2021.

Laurent Lépinoit holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from HEC Paris, obtained in 1996. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ESIEE Paris, completed between 1988 and 1994. In terms of additional certifications, Laurent has gained proficiency in Fundamentals of Digital Marketing through Google Digital Garage in 2020. Additionally, they have obtained a certification in PAPI 3 from Cubiks.
