Rebecca is currently the Founder and CEO of Alter Agents, a company focused on employee-first business practices and superior client service. Prior to founding Alter Agents, Rebecca was a Partner and Co-Founder at dialogue, Inc., where they specialized in quantitative research. Earlier in their career, Rebecca worked as a Senior Project Director at Diagnostic Research and as an Analyst at AllPoints Research. Rebecca Brooks attended William & Mary from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology. Rebecca then pursued graduate coursework in Anthropology at Wake Forest University from 1995 to 1996.
