Eva Shek

Eva Shek is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in the financial services and professional services sectors. Currently serving as the Global Executive Search Leader at Alter Domus since October 2025, Eva previously held the position of Associate Director of Global Partner and Executive Recruitment EMEIA at EY from April 2021 to October 2025. Prior to this, Eva worked as Director at Stonehaven International, focusing on executive searches within Professional Services and Financial Services, and as Director at Wessex Partners, a specialist Financial Services executive search firm. Earlier career accomplishments include roles at PwC UK in executive search for Tax, Consulting and Deals, Team Leader of Research at Odgers Berndtson, and various positions at Russell Reynolds Associates and Korn Ferry Whitehead Mann. Eva holds a BSc in Management Science from The London School of Economics and Political Science, an MBA from SDA Bocconi, and an International Baccalaureate from the International School of London.
