Nabila Zerrouki

Nabila Zerrouki is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Director and Head of Application Services at Alter Domus since July 2011. With a strong background in team leadership, Nabila has successfully built and managed Customer Services Solutions workstreams, overseeing a team of 20 across three locations, as well as managing DevOps teams for client-related tools. Nabila's expertise includes global project portfolio management, budget oversight, and strategic alignment with business stakeholders. Prior to Alter Domus, Nabila worked as an ECM project manager at EIB and as an ECM quality project officer at Siemens, demonstrating a solid foundation in client needs analysis and quality documentation management. Nabila holds a Master’s degree from ENSSIB/UFR Informatique Lyon and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and Management from the Business School of Hull.
