Winnie Nacu Kantaris is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various aspects of corporate law. Currently serving as Director/Sr. Manager/Associate General Counsel at Alter Domus since June 2018, Winnie provides legal counsel to diverse business units and addresses general corporate matters. Prior roles include National Transactions Counsel and Vice President of Business Development at Near North Title Group, Senior Attorney at McCoy & Orta, P.C., and Banking and Finance Attorney at Mayer Brown, where knowledge in asset-based securitizations was honed.
