Javier Valenzuela Morales

Javier Valenzuela Morales has extensive experience in production and continuous improvement roles within the food manufacturing industry, notably at Grupo Alter since May 2017 as Técnico de Proyectos y Mejora Continua and previously as Jefe de Turno de Producción. During tenure at Grupo Bimbo from February 2010 to May 2017, responsibilities included overseeing production line operations, daily and weekly planning, quality assurance, and personnel management, while actively collaborating with various departments to ensure efficient factory operations. Relevant technical expertise is complemented by a series of educational qualifications, including a BlackBelt Practitioner certification in Lean from Instituto Lean, a Master’s in Lean Manufacturing from CESIF, and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio, among others.
