Nancy Caruana

Nancy Caruana serves as Vice President of Managed Services at Altera Digital Health since May 2022, with a concurrent role as Area Vice President at Allscripts since 2011. At Allscripts, Nancy has successfully maintained operational oversight of IT staff for top health systems, driving alignment of strategic goals and managing various functions including finance and global operations. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at Pfizer, where Nancy directed regional medical research operations and human resources initiatives. Nancy holds a Master of Science in Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management & Communications with a focus on Human Resources Management from Adelphi University.
