David Hart

David Hart currently serves as the End User Services Integration Manager at Altera since August 2025, where David leads the segmentation and startup process for the company's IT World-Wide End User Services, ensuring a seamless employee experience. Previously, David was a Sr. Program Manager at Western Digital, overseeing the divestiture of End User Services to Sandisk Corp. and managing significant migrations of M365 accounts and data. David's experience also includes roles at Solidigm, Infosys, and Intel Corporation, where David managed IT infrastructure and service transformations, resulting in cost reductions and the establishment of key policies. David began a career in the United States Air Force, serving from February 1987 to March 1997. David holds a degree from Texas Tech University, completed in 1987.
