Jimson Dy

Jimson Dy is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas and shipbuilding industries. Currently serving as a Work Package & Area Engineer - Multi-discipline at Altera Infrastructure since March 2022, Jimson Dy has been involved in the Rosebank Field Development project focusing on FPSO modifications. Prior roles include Construction Engineer - Structural Work Preparatory at Rosenberg Worley, where contributions were made to the Jotun A FPSO life extension project, and Discipline Lead Engineer - Structural at Aker Solutions, overseeing several new build and redevelopment projects for various major clients. Jimson Dy began a career as a Civil/Structural Engineer at Clough Zuhair Fayez Partnership, working on FEED projects for Saudi Aramco and initially served as Lead Draftsman/Project Coordinator at Dash Engineering Phils. Inc., focusing on ship hull construction. Jimson Dy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of San Carlos.
