Marcelo Portella

Marcelo Portella has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as F&A Manager and Cost Controller at Altera Infrastructure since November 2021. Prior roles include Accounting Manager at National Oilwell Varco from January 2017 to October 2021, where responsibilities included business control for Wellstream Processing. Marcelo also held the position of Controller at Fjords Processing, overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and monthly routines. Earlier experience at Fjords Processing (Aker Solutions) involved project cost control and financial analysis, and initial roles included positions at Lojas Americanas S.A., Finep, Halliburton, Dominio Assessores, and Loudon Blomquist Auditores Independentes. Marcelo holds an MBA in Finance from Ibmec and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro.
