Silje Mathisen

Silje Mathisen serves as a P&O Advisor at Altera Infrastructure since February 2023, supporting the executive leadership team and employees within the Project, Development, and Execution department by providing recruitment support, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, conducting interviews, managing HR master data, and addressing employee relations matters. Additionally, Silje has been a Recruitment Advisor at MDE Group since August 2022, contributing to global recruitment efforts across multiple regions. Prior experience includes serving as Rådgiver at Personalhuset Norway from May 2020 to August 2022 and as Gründer/Daglig leder at ELA Frisør from January 2015 to June 2020.
