Trine Oaland

Trine Oaland has extensive work experience in various roles within the marine HR field. Trine currently serves as the Director Marine HR at Altera Infrastructure, where they have been since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Marine HR Manager at Altera Infrastructure from July 2018 to August 2021.

Before joining Altera Infrastructure, Trine worked at Teekay as the Centralized Marine HR Lead from February 2017 to June 2018, and as the Marine HR Manager from February 2015 to January 2017.

Trine also has experience in HR management and recruitment at North Atlantic Management, where they served as the HR Manager Resourcing from October 2012 to January 2015, and as the Senior HR Advisor Recruitment from November 2011 to September 2012. In these roles, they were responsible for recruiting for the North Atlantic fleet and a new build project, establishing recruiting requirements, and carrying out administrative tasks related to recruitment and hiring.

Trine also briefly worked as a Regnskapsmedarbeider at Finn Personal in the role of a Regnskapsmedarbeider from May 2005 to August 2005.

Trine Oaland began their education in 1998 at Sola Videregåendeskole, where they studied Idrettsfag until 2001. Trine then attended MI Stavanger in 2001, specializing in Regnskapsmedarbeider. Afterwards, Trine enrolled at Rogaland Markedshøyskole for two consecutive years from 2002 to 2004, majoring in Markedsøkonomstudie and Diplomkandidatstudie, respectively. Their education culminated in 2004-2005 when they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at the University of Stavanger.
