Monique Goodwin, LNHA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles in the healthcare industry. Monique began their career at Suburban Pavilion in 2002, where they served as a STNA and later as a Medical Records/MDS Clerk. In 2008, they joined Grande Pointe Healthcare Community as an Admission Ambassador, assisting new residents with adjusting to the facility. Monique then transitioned into the role of Director of Admissions and later became the Assistant Executive Director/Admissions Director. In 2012, they joined HCR ManorCare as an Admissions/Marketing Director and worked there until 2015. Currently, Monique serves as the Regional Director of Business Development at Altercare Centers for Rehabilitation, a position they have held since June 2019. Throughout their career, Monique has gained expertise in business development, marketing, and admissions in the healthcare sector.
