Sam Rapson is currently a Partner at Altered Capital, where they lead the firm's Private Equity Strategy, focusing on investing in and supporting the growth of New Zealand businesses. From 2016 to 2017, Sam held various managerial roles at Fletcher Living, including General Manager and Manager for Auckland North. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, Sam worked in Strategy & Business Development at Fletcher Building. Earlier in their career, Sam gained experience at Goldman Sachs in investment banking from 2004 to 2005. Sam earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours in Finance and Economics from the University of Auckland in 2006.
