Shreya Rane

Shreya Rane has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Shreya began their career as a Marketing Intern at Wallace Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd in 2019, where they conducted market research and planned the launch of a new product. In 2020, they interned at Empowerette as a Social Media Marketing Intern, where they utilized analytical tools to track social media growth and curated content for various platforms. Later that year, they joined The Economic Transcript as a Content Writer, contributing to written materials for the organization. In 2021, Shreya worked as a Human Resources Intern at Growup Group, where they updated employee databases and facilitated interview and onboarding processes. Shreya also served as a Marketing Associate at AIESEC in India, supporting marketing initiatives. Their most recent position was at TopHire.co as a Talent Acquisition Associate, where they led the recruitment process for campus candidates and collaborated with leadership on recruitment strategies and employee engagement activities. Currently, Shreya is employed at Maxwell Energy Systems as a People Operations - Associate, taking on responsibility for various HR duties.

Shreya Rane completed their Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) degree with a focus on Marketing from Mithibai College from 2018 to 2021. Prior to their college education, they attended Parle Tilak Vidyalaya English Medium School.

In addition to their formal education, Shreya has obtained several certifications. In September 2020, they completed the "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" course from Coursera. In August 2020, they obtained certifications in "AI for everyone" from Coursera and "Foundations of Business Strategy" from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Earlier in June 2020, they completed the "Brand Management - Aligning Business, Brand and Behavior" course from the University of London.
