Uditi has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles.

From 2022 until the present, Uditi has been working at Maxwell Energy Systems, initially as a Manager in Business Development and currently as the Lead in Business Development. In these roles, Uditi is responsible for new business acquisition, commercial negotiations, managing strategic key accounts in the electric vehicle market, order book growth, sustaining sales pipeline, profitability maintenance, and achieving business targets.

From 2020 to 2022, Uditi worked at The Timken Company as a Senior Analyst in Marketing. In this role, Uditi handled business portfolio and expansion in the heavy truck, rail, and off-highway vertical. Uditi was also responsible for program management of new opportunities and margin improvement.

From 2017 to 2020, Uditi had multiple roles at Varroc. Initially, as an Assistant Manager in Sales & Marketing, Uditi managed key accounts, sales execution, and new business acquisition for electric vehicles. Uditi also provided program management support for strategic project implementation and market analysis. Later, as an Executive in Business Development, Uditi managed strategic key accounts, collaborated with internal and external stakeholders, and ensured smooth functioning of product lines. Uditi also worked as an Executive in Procurement and Strategic Sourcing, where responsibilities included supplier and distributor evaluation, product costing, inventory management, and procurement for the lighting business. Uditi began the tenure at Varroc as a Graduate Engineering Trainee.

Prior to Varroc, Uditi worked as an Ed-Support at Make A Difference from 2014 to 2016. Uditi also gained experience as a Summer Intern at HCL Career Development Center in 2015 and as a Product Development Intern at CMC LTD in 2014.

Uditi has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering, which was obtained from Vellore Institute of Technology. This degree was completed between 2013 and 2017. Following this, between 2019 and 2021, Uditi pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from Symbiosis International University.
