Don Conroy

Don Conroy currently serves as the Ford Field Academy Coach at Alteris Group since April 2023. With an extensive career at Ford Motor Company spanning from 1985 to August 2023, Don held multiple significant leadership roles, including Director of Autonomous Vehicle Operations and Director of Autonomous Vehicle Terminals, focusing on fleet management, business operations, and customer care. Don also directed customer service initiatives across 87 countries and managed sales and marketing efforts in various high-volume regions. Academically, Don earned an MBA in Business from The George Washington University School of Business.
