Katie Haystead

Katie Haystead is a Strategic Solutions Manager at Alteris Group since December 2023 and serves as the Resource Development Director at Ward Church, a position held since July 2022. At Ward Church, Katie developed donor strategies aimed at achieving $5.1 million in annual donations, successfully executed a $750K campaign, and established a 2023 budget with significant savings. Previously, Katie held various roles at Community Funded from October 2018 to June 2023, including Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President, where strategic sales initiatives and customer satisfaction were prioritized. With over eight years at Ruffalo Noel Levitz, Katie advanced from Program Center Manager to Associate Vice President, focusing on multi-channel fundraising for diverse organizations. Educationally, Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from Central Michigan University and has further education from Castleton University.
