Andri Sujono

Andri Sujono has over 35 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Andri is currently working as the Vice President at Alterity Group, starting in May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Hager Strategic as a Senior HR Consultant, starting in April 2004 and continuing till now. In this role, they served as an HR Sourcing Advisor, helping clients develop strategies and approaches to transform their human resources and payroll service model. Andri also guided clients through the evaluation of service partners, technologies, and processes for achieving their global HR, payroll, and business objectives. Additionally, they provided project management oversight and support for clients transitioning to new HR, Payroll, and Benefits services and technologies.

Andri also worked as an HR Generalist at NASD from 1986 to 1992. Overall, Andri brings a wealth of experience in HR consulting, project management, and implementing HR and payroll solutions.

Andri Sujono holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Human Resources Labor Relations from the University of Maryland. They also have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the same institution. Andri further pursued their education by obtaining an MBA with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
