Michael Hager

Michael Hager is currently the Sr. Vice President at Alterity Group. Prior to this position, Michael served as the President at Hager Strategic for nearly three decades. Michael has extensive experience in helping clients with HR, Benefits, and Payroll Administration issues by providing various solutions such as benchmarking, contract negotiations, RFPs, and transition support. Before that, Michael worked at Watson Wyatt in the Outsourcing Unit and at Mercer as a Principal in the Office of Information Technology. Michael holds a BA in Political Economics from The Johns Hopkins University and completed further education at the University of Maryland.
