Mica Ashmore

Mica Ashmore currently serves as the Manager of Strategic Business Integration at Alterman, Inc., a position held since April 2018. Prior experience includes roles as the Learning Program Manager at Petco, where Mica created a successful Dog Training Selling Skills course that boosted sales by 5.5%, earning the 2017 International Hermes Creative Gold Award. Mica also served as the Director of Sponsorship at ALAMO PMI, securing significant revenue and increasing business partnerships by 30%. A veteran of the United States Air Force, Mica held multiple leadership roles, including Program Manager for Organizational Design, where operational efficiencies were enhanced through strategic realignment of personnel and resources.
