Shelley Womack

Shelley Womack serves as the Associate Director of Safety at Alterman, Inc., focusing on centralized safety initiatives since November 2021. Previously, Womack held multiple roles at Zachry Group from December 2014 to November 2021, including Project Safety Manager, where responsibilities included managing incident investigations and developing an Occupational Injury Management Program for a project with over 9,000 employees. Earlier experience includes serving as Safety Coordinator and Safety Facilitator. Womack's career began at AHI Supply, where a 16-year tenure as Director of HR & HSE encompassed comprehensive human resources and environmental safety tasks. Womack's early experience also includes work as a Human Resources Coordinator at AMK Environmental and educational credentials from Brazosport College in Legal Assistant/Paralegal studies.
