Lucio Medina has a diverse work experience spanning from 1996 to the present. Lucio started as an intern at Altermark from 1996 to 1999. Following that, they worked as a reporter at Diário Lance! where they covered daily sports news and major tournaments in various sports. Lucio then joined Media Guide Comunicação as a press officer, providing press relations for multiple Olympic confederations and managing crises during events. In 2012, they joined KidZania Brasil as a marketing and commercial director, later transitioning to a senior sales and marketing manager role, and finally as a communication manager. In 2018, they became a partner at Travaglini Mídia | Comunicação & Marketing. Recently, in 2021, they joined Altermark again, this time as the Head of BI and Communications. Additionally, they also worked as the general director at ADS 00H 360. Overall, Lucio Medina has gained extensive experience in marketing, communications, press relations, and management throughout their career.

Lucio Medina attended Colégio HMS from 1987 to 1996. After completing high school, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Communication (Jornalismo) from Estácio, graduating in 2001. In addition to their formal education, Lucio obtained certifications in Digital Marketing from ComSchool. Lucio received the Selo Gold Profissional de Marketing Digital in August 2016 and the Selo Silver Profissional de Marketing Digital in July 2016.
