Chad Creech

Chad Creech is Chief Strategy & Integration Officer of Alternate Solutions Health Network. Since joining us in 2004 as Hospice Administrator, Chad has served as Director of Operations and Chief Operating Officer. As an integral part of our company for over ten years, Chad has experienced firsthand the day-to-day operation of all our agencies as well as the creation and implementation of our post-acute partnerships.

Chad leads a strategic business development team focused on building collaborative partnerships with health systems across the United States. Focusing on the four key areas of growth, efficiency, quality of care, and increased profitability, Chad understands the challenges facing health systems today and is uniquely suited to guide our partners through the post-acute care landscape.
