Vice President, Access And Hospice at Alternate Solutions Health Network

Jennifer Oberski has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Jennifer started their career at Sun Healthcare Group as a Charge Nurse, where they gained experience in post-op, geriatric, mental health, and dementia patient populations. Jennifer was responsible for staff supervision, shift supervision, discharge planning, and admissions.

Jennifer then moved to Tridia Hospice, where they worked as a Case Manager and later as an On-call Nurse. Jennifer'sresponsibilities included hospice case management, palliative care coordination, and being a member of an interdisciplinary team.

Jennifer then joined Bella care hospice as a Case Manager and later as a Clinical Director. In these roles, they were responsible for staffing, clinical review, acting as a liaison between the community and hospice providers, and ensuring compliance with CMS regulations. Jennifer'snext role was at Alternate Solutions Health Network, where they held multiple positions. Jennifer started as a Hospice Operations Specialist, focusing on clinical quality improvement, process management, staff training, and coordination of care across multiple locations. Jennifer then became a Manager of Performance Optimization, providing leadership and guidance for optimizing performance. Jennifer later served as a Director of Process Improvement, leading multidisciplinary teams in process improvement and project management. Jennifer'srecent projects included robotic process automation, electronic visit verification, and EMR standardization efforts. Jennifer then became a Director of Compliance, overseeing policy management and compliance activities for multi-state home health and hospice agencies.

Jennifer is currently working at Alternate Solutions Health Network as the Regional Vice President of Hospice, responsible for managing hospice operations in a specific region. Jennifer will be starting a new role as the Vice President of Access and Hospice in October 2023.

Jennifer Oberski has a diverse education history. In 2006, they pursued a Practical Nursing degree from MJCC, specializing in Practical Nursing, Vocational Nursing, and Nursing Assistants. From 1998 to 2000, Jennifer attended Jefferson Community College in Kentucky, majoring in Business Administration and Management.
