Erica Bonilla

Erica Bonilla has extensive experience in retail management, customer service, and merchandising, currently serving as a Store Manager at Alternative Apparel since August 2015. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, managing staff recruitment and training, evaluating employee performance, and tracking inventory and sales. Prior roles include Key Holder and Sales Associate, where Erica demonstrated strong operational and customer service skills.
