Director Of Finance, Procurement And Estates at Alternative Futures Group

Craig Hall has extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Craig is currently the Director of Finance, Procurement and Estates at Alternative Futures Group since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Wigan Council as the Finance Lead Projects and Bids from April 2022 to October 2022, where they provided financial and project support for various council projects. From 2013 to 2022, they served as the Deputy Chief Finance Officer at NHS Wigan Borough Clinical Commissioning Group, where they managed the in-house finance directorate and worked collaboratively with stakeholders. From 2020 to 2021, they worked at the Greater Manchester Health and Social Care Partnership as the Head of Transformation Finance, where they played a key role in the development and implementation of the partnership's financial strategy. Craig also held the position of Director of Transformation & Sustainability / Deputy Chief Finance Officer at Wigan Borough Clinical Commissioning Group from 2017 to 2020, where they led organizational transformation and financial sustainability projects. In addition, they served as the Deputy Director of Finance at Ashton, Leigh, and Wigan NHS PCT from 2011 to 2013.

Craig Hall obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Management from The Open University between 1989 and 1994. From 1994 to 1997, they attended The University of Salford and earned a Chartered Institute of Public Finance & Accountancy (CIPFA) degree in Accounting and Finance. More recently, between 2016 and 2017, Craig pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Collaborative Transformation at Canterbury Christ Church University.
