Gina Patience is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over two decades in various roles within the Human Resources field. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Alternative Futures Group since February 2006, Gina specializes in the Health & Social Care Sector, collaborating with Operational Directors and stakeholders to enhance workforce functions and presenting performance reports to the executive team. Prior to this, Gina held HR Advisor positions at First Choice Holidays, providing generalist support in both airline and retail environments, and also served as an HR Team Leader, overseeing HR administration and team development.
