Francell Jones

Francell Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. In 1998, they started as a Supervisor at Rite Aid and worked there until 2004. Francell then joined Mercy Health, where they served as a Team Lead from 2004 to 2014 and later transitioned to the role of Patient Services Supervisor from 2014 to 2016. Following their time at Mercy Health, Francell worked at Spectrum Health as an Operations Supervisor from 2016 to 2018. Francell then joined Peace at Home Caregivers as a Homecare Manager in 2018 and worked there until 2021. Currently, they are working as a Home Care Liaison at TheKey starting from September 2021.

Francell Jones obtained a Master's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Cornerstone University between 2014 and 2017. During this time, they also pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same institution. Prior to their graduate studies, Francell completed a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General at Cornerstone University between 2009 and 2014.
