Lori Hernandez

Lori Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Lori started their career at Living Centers of America in 1989, where they held various roles such as a Medicare Reimbursement Analyst, Financial Services Manager, Admin Assistant, Medical Records Supervisor, and Certified Nursing Assistant. Their responsibilities included financial tasks, operations management, and patient care.

In 1998, Hernandez joined StarTek as an Assistant HR Manager and eventually took on the roles of HR Office Manager and Assistant HR Office Manager. Their duties included payroll administration, benefits processing, supervision of staff, HR support, and project coordination.

From 2002 to 2010, Hernandez worked at Eastman Kodak. Lori initially served as a Payroll/HR Assistant before being promoted to the position of SR HR Generalist/Executive Admin Assistant. Their responsibilities at Eastman Kodak included recruitment, benefits administration, operations support, workforce reporting analysis, and the implementation of various HR initiatives and programs.

In 2010, Hernandez joined JBS as a Lead Payroll Specialist. Their role involved processing payroll for a large number of employees, utilizing Kronos timekeeping system and SAP payroll. Lori also assisted the HR department as needed.

Most recently, in 2022, Hernandez joined TheKey as a Payroll Specialist, where they are currently employed.

Finally, in 1985, Lori Hernandez attended Mile Hi Business College for a brief period to receive a certificate in bank teller training.
