Melissa Reyes

Melissa oversees the strategy, operations, and market activities for the West Division in support of TheKey’s business goals. In this capacity, she leads a dedicated team of Regional Directors, General Managers, and Sales professionals to ensure success. Prior to TheKey, Melissa worked for over a decade at AMN Healthcare, where she held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as the Vice President of Strategic Accounts. Melissa also brings expertise in workforce management and strategic client solutions from her roles at Robert Half and North American Title Insurance Company. Melissa earned a B.A. in Organizational Management from Northwest University.
