Senait Bulti

Senait Bulti began their work experience as a House Manager at Home of Guiding Hands in December 2011, where they provided support to developmentally disabled adults. In 2013, they transitioned to The Arc of San Diego as a QIDP, where they were responsible for administering three group homes and coordinating with various outside consultants. From 2014 to 2018, Senait worked at Silverado, initially as a Client Care Coordinator and later as a Business Office Manager. Senait'sresponsibilities included managing scheduling functions, maintaining employee and client databases, supervising employees, preparing billing and financial reports, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations. In 2019, Senait joined 1st Meridian Care Services as a Care Coordinator, where they handled new business calls, client assessments, and maintained positive relationships with clients and caregivers. Currently, they are employed as a Staffing Manager at TheKey, where they are responsible for staffing open shifts, payroll and billing, interviewing and training caregivers, and ensuring employee and client satisfaction.

Senait Bulti obtained their Bachelor's degree in Gerontology from San Diego State University, which they completed from 2005 to 2011.
