Max Rudikoff is an accomplished finance student currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a Finance Concentration and Real Estate Track at the UVA McIntire School of Commerce, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at the University of Virginia, where a GPA of 3.94 has been achieved. Max has gained substantial experience through various roles, including an Incoming 2025 Financial Restructuring Summer Analyst at Houlihan Lokey and multiple positions within the Alternative Investment Fund, such as General Body Member, Coverage Director, and Analyst. Additionally, Max has served on the Executive Board of the Virginia Undergraduate Real Estate Club as the Head of Member Education, interned in Real Estate Private Equity at Makarora and the Capital Markets - Debt and Structured Finance division at Newmark, and worked as a Financial Analyst at GDS Development. Early experiences include participation in a Real Estate Finance Training Program at Eastdil Secured, further establishing a solid foundation in the finance and real estate sectors.

Alternative Investment Fund
AIF is a student-run, McIntire-affiliated club at the University of Virginia that trains young professionals for careers in investment management and other functions within the financial markets. AIF strives to expose members to the full spectrum of financial instruments and trading strategies beyond the long-short equity model commonly employed by student investment funds. We deploy capital in various assets, including equities, fixed income, options, futures, currencies, commodities, and other alternative investments.
