Darla Cole

Darla Cole has over a decade of experience in employment services, currently serving as Regional Manager at Preferred Employment Services since April 2018, and as Employment Services Supervisor since August 2016. Darla began roles at Alternative Opportunities, Inc.'s Employment Services Division in September 2009 as a Job Developer, assisting individuals with barriers to employment in finding suitable positions and providing ongoing supports for long-term job success. Additionally, Darla holds the position of Regional Manager at Firefly Supported Living and Employment Services, also starting in September 2009. Darla is a Certified Work Incentives Practitioner from Cornell University.
