Delores Simmons

Delores Simmons has over 13 years of experience in coordination and supervision roles. Currently serving as a Professional Coordinator at Alternative Opportunities, Inc. since October 2010, Delores supervises a staff of 40, ensures health and safety standards for individual supported living homes, and coordinates programs with various personnel and agencies. Prior to this, Delores was a Lead Supervisor at Newwave Communications from July 2006 to October 2010, where responsibilities included oversight of staff adherence to company values, achievement of customer satisfaction goals, and training of new agents. Delores holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University, completed in 2005.
