Constance McNair

Constance McNair is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in literacy and special education. Currently serving as a Literacy and Assessment Specialist at Alternative Paths Training School, Constance has previously worked as a Learning Disabilities Teacher for Fairfax County Public Schools, where responsibilities included creating engaging lessons for high school students and collaborating with colleagues. Constance also has experience as a paraprofessional and substitute teacher, assisting young students with disabilities. Constance holds a Doctorate in Education focused on Curriculum and Instruction for special education, alongside multiple degrees that encompass psychology, health and wellness education, and special education.
