Alternative Paths Training School
Kacey Payne is a skilled behavior specialist with extensive experience in providing support to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Since August 2017, Kacey has held multiple roles at Alternative Paths Training School, including data analyst and program facilitator. Prior experience includes serving as a direct support professional at Insight Behavioral Health Centers from July 2017 to July 2020 and as a youth counselor during an internship at Boys and Girls Clubs of America in late 2016. Earlier work as a lifeguard at Wilderness Presidential Resort further showcases a commitment to community service. Kacey holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology (2019-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bridgewater College (2013-2017).
