At Alternative Solutions Group (ASG), we help organisations in the water and utilities sectors deliver meaningful change - offering a smarter, leaner alternative to conventional outsourced models.

We’re a team of experienced practitioners who’ve spent years inside the industry, not just consulting from the outside. That means we understand the real challenges on the ground and how to navigate them to deliver smarter infrastructure, stronger systems, and sustainable results.

Since launching, we’ve supported complex transformation programmes across smart metering, digital and cloud transitions, and large-scale regulatory change.

We work with utilities, infrastructure providers, and consulting partners who want genuine delivery, not just more slide decks.

Where change flows, impact follows. Discover the alternative
