Gina Fleming

Gina Fleming, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Human Resources Administrator at Alternatives For Children since October 2019. Previously, Gina held various HR roles at NYU Winthrop Hospital from October 2014 to October 2019, including Employee Relations Specialist, where responsibilities encompassed HR support for multiple departments and managing employee leaves of absence in compliance with FMLA and ADA guidelines. Prior experiences include serving as a Sr. Administrative Assistant at Facility Solutions Group, where Gina managed payroll and HR documents, and roles at Mini Graphics, Inc. focused on proofreading and editing. Gina earned a Bachelor of Science in English with a minor in Communications from SUNY Oneonta, graduating in 2009.
