Erika Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in fund development and marketing across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Fund Development at Alternatives For Girls since June 2022, Erika is integral to the Leadership Team and manages annual giving programs. Previously, as Chief Development Officer at CARE of Southeastern Michigan from August 2019 to June 2022, Erika played a key role in strategic goal development and led comprehensive fundraising campaigns.
